What pouches should i make with these charms to get maximum xp?

I would suggest you use gold for terrorbirds, greens for ibis up to fruit bats and keep the crimsons for 74 summoning for granite lobsters. These are cheap pouches (reasonably priced 2nd ingredient) for somewhat nice xp.

 

EDIT: for maximum XP, I suggest you look at the tip.it chart.

Pretty much if you are looking for the max xp for almost any skill where you make something, the highest for your level will usually, if not always, give highest xp. But those methods are usually more expensive too. So it is really up to you and how much you are willing to spend. And this may just be my thinking, but if you spend more now for higher xp, wouldnt it cost less in the long run?
