November 28, 200916 yr If anybody with any experience in the areas can answer any of these, it would be awesome. - Does an increase in level of herbs or farming level have any effect on amount of herbs produced from patch or death rate of patches/flowers, or is the only boost procude Magic Secateurs and Supercompost? - Are there any additional weekly/daily events apart from Penguins and randoms that can give me extra slayer experience? - Are rings of slaying worth learning to make, and what items go towards the construction of them? Thanks if you can answer  Retired Crew Member | Retired RuneScape Player
November 28, 200916 yr I can tell you that killing bork, a daily event, gives some slayer xp as a reward.
November 28, 200916 yr Author Ah yes, so it does. All I need to do is the quest for access to Bork. <_< Retired Crew Member | Retired RuneScape Player
November 28, 200916 yr Rings of slaying are definitely worth it, since they provide teleports to some main slayer locations, and make terror dogs a much easier task to do. Also, the tele to relekka caves is one of the closest teleports to a fairy ring, which makes it useful any time you use fairy rings, not just for slayer. They're also pretty inexpensive to make since they only need a gold bar and a slayer gem. Thanks if you can answer  1. According to the Objectives panel, a higher farming level results in greater harvests.2. Jade Vine, Phoenix, and Bork.3. YES!!! Gold bar + Slayer Gem. To be honest, it's one of the most functional items in the game. EDIT: Slayer is IS the closest tele to a fairy ring, not one of :P ~It's Super Effective! November 29, 200916 yr Ring of slaying is worth it, it's a free teleport to Canifis, pretty much. Takes a gold bar and slayer gem (1gp) to make. __
