December 2, 200916 yr I'm starting to think this quest is "impossible" at only 61 agility. I was planning on doing wgs before mep2 so i could use part of my reward on agility to get it higher once im 65, but i noticed i need mep2 for wgs. So what agility level should i get before attempting again (definetely not doing it now because i failed the wall hanging obstacle 7 times in a row >.<) And is it even worth it to pray on the shadows...because i noticed they dont hit "that" badly and 99 Fletching - 08/14/08Fire Cape - 3/7/09Quest Cape - 12/29/0999 Defense - 3/17/10
December 2, 200916 yr If I were you, I would just bear with it and try again. It is supposed to have a high fail rate. I was 65 and the first time I tried it I made it, but I failed 10 times the second time I had to cross it. Just don't worry about it, you have many more annoying things to deal with in the future  YES it is worth it to pray, the shadows top at 13, hit often, and half the temple is multi-way. You will chew a lot of food, and have to bank much more often (I did only 2 bank runs with terrorbird and prayer potions). I recommend you also get used to the style of this area, you have to go back through for Within The Light (thankfully not the agility obstacle  ) Best wishes! Questah 270 EDIT: If it concerns you that much, use an agility boost. Terrorbird scrolls raise it by 2, agility potions raise it by 3, and Summer Pies raise it by 5 per bite, best option if you can get them. But the terrorbird scrolls worked fine for me Quest Cape is on the way!
December 2, 200916 yr I did it with 61 (Or 62, can't remember), it's not impossible but it defiantly took over 20 trys each time I had to cross it.It would be quicker to just keep trying than going to train agility, just a bit frustrating.
December 2, 200916 yr I think I failed about a total of 15 times during that quest with terrorbird boosts, also good to remember that full run energy supposedly makes you fail less often (Anything's worth a try  ). An EE is also invaluable here, it saved me many, many bank trips. http://i700.photobucket.com/albums/ww6/aspeeder/Siggy_zpsewaiux2t.png 99 Strength since 6/02/10 99 Attack since 9/19/10 99 Constitution since 10/03/10 99 Defense since 3/14/11 99 Slayer since 8/30/11 99 Summoning since 9/10/11 99 Ranged since 09/18/11 99 Magic since 11/12/11 99 Prayer since 11/15/11 99 Herblore since 3/29/12 99 Firemaking since 5/15/12 99 Smithing since 10/04/12 99 Crafting since 9/16/13 99 Agility since 9/23/13 99 Dungeoneering since 1/1/14 99 Fishing since 2/4/14 99 Mining since 2/28/14 99 Farming since 6/04/14 99 Cooking since 6/11/14 99 Runecrafting since 10/10/14 9 Fletching since 11/11/14 99 Thieving since 11/14/14 99 Woodcutting since 11/20/14 99 Construction since 12/03/14 99 Divination since 2/22/15 99 Hunter since 2/23/15 99 Invention since 01/20/17 99 Archaeology since 5/14/22 99 Necromancy since 11/22/25 Quest Point Cape since 08/20/09 Maxed since 2/23/15 Fire Cape since 02/27/13 Slayer: 3 Leaf-Bladed Swords, 8 Black Masks, 2 Hexcrests, 26 Granite Mauls, 5 Focus Sights, 33 Abyssal Whips, 9 Dark Bows, 1 Whip Vine, 3 Staffs of Light, 15 Polypore Sticks Dragon: 10 Draconic Visages, 7 Shield Left Halves, 20 Dragon Boots, 40 Dragon Med Helms, 8 Dragon Platelegs, 6 Dragon Spears, 20 Dragon Daggers, 5 Dragon Plateskirts, 1 Dragon Chainbody, 63 Off-hand Dragon Throwing Axes, 19 Dragon Longswords, 27 Dragon Maces, 1 Dragon Ward Treasure Trails: Saradomin Full Helm, Ranger Boots, Rune Body (t), Saradomin Vambraces, Various God Pages Misc:1 Onyx,1 Ahrim's Hood, 1 Guthan's Chainskirt, 1 Demon Slayer Boots
December 2, 200916 yr Do not give up! Haha I did it with lvl 60, I brought some summer pies with me and I did just fine. I think I used about 3 in all, but like it's been stated: make sure you have full run energy, and really do pray... they don't always hit, but when they do it's a whopping 13!
