So..How do we figure out which CPU Usage to use?

Featured Replies

At maximum RS uses 25-30% CPU for me. At minimum it drops to 20-22%. No real difference to me. It's smooth, as always.

I play windowed HD and I use a quad core.

Even at minimum CPU usage, Runescape eats up 90% of my CPU. <_<

This was even HD at most settings lowest, fixed window.

I set the usage to Very Low and my CPU usage went down about 25% or so. My processor is fairly high end so I didn't see any change in performance of the game. I set it to lowest mostly because my heatsink sucks really bad and my processor would always get really hot. CPU is Intel E8400 (dual core) and I usually play in windowed HD.

My CPU was running at 70% or so before I changed my setting to very low, when it dropped to about 50%

I usually play with max CPU usage, after fiddling around with it I really didnt see much difference, was a nice update though.
