slaying green drags

Well after unlocking the courses, I checked and saw for making it better than the usual prayer, against most foes, I'll need at least 80 prayer. I'm going to get it myself, by DIY, cause I really don't wanna pay 5k to d bone, when they'll even become available. so I'll slay green drags few months and see where I'm getting with this. my question here is if my method is the best method to gain d bones:

 

1) games necklace to clan wars

2) green drags nearby

3) come back and use deposit box at clan wars

4) repeat

 

(I have enought high armor and EE to make me not need any food, so I can handle with depositing only and no banking)

 

In addition: I plan maybe getting with me spirit wolf pouches and few scrolls incase revs come. does it necessery? or is it way too easy to escape them? or how do you evade those?

What I do instead is bank at Wilderness Volcanoe and kill the green dragons in the Chaos Tunnel, - get down there using the rift south east of stealing creationg and use the portal north -

thought of that...but aren't there few green drags swarmed by tons of baby blacks? from past experience it makes it longer&more annoying to do...(do currect me if I'm wrong or if I haven't understand you exactly)

Thats not too much of a prob. just wear some good armor or use the prayer method. (antifire pot, pray melee, bring high prayer bonus, recharge at house use glory or portal in house to tele to bank and maybe 2 doses of prayer pots will help).

 

some times blk dragon slayers dun do big ones so they come here and kill them so thats another solution.

 

plus u can even lure em to line up behind the green dragon.

Well I usually do the trips like this; games necklace to volcano -> bank -> run south to the CT exit near SC -> Kill green drags -> repeat

 

The baby black dragons are easy to hug by running around some walls and you can camp at one dragon without any distraction the whole time. Sure that isn't the easiest way to kill green dragons but atleast you don't have to worry about revenants or other people stealing your kills. (Well, I have rarely seen any other people doing this.)

With your stats don't use the wilderness. Wear full prossy, nezzy, fury etc. and go to the chaos tunnels as mentioned earlier. Bring house tabs, antifire potion, pure set and your best BoB. Once you start taking some damage turn on protect melee and it will last you your entire trip. I was getting around 120 bones and hides per hour with pretty much the same stats as you have.

my main problem with chaos tunnels is that theres not enought spawns. in my previews tries in wildy, I managed 1/3 of times to 3 hit the dragon or close to that. isn't it ubber time waiting doing nothing in chaos tunnels then?

There are 4 spawns, 2 is pretty much enough on a 1.5k+ world. In any other case 3 of the spawns is enough to kill them nonstop without waiting for death animations, being as effecient as possible. There are other people there and its multi, so depending on the time of day you can run into issues but more often than not it ends up just being people helping you kill the green dragon faster since your combat stats are much higher.
