Draconic
Then Barrows armor are still the best, but not the helmet due to its price. Verac's Skirt is a good choice, as it only has slightly less range defense bonus but also has a good prayer bonus. Any top works, they're all identical in stats. If you haven't yet, complete Fremennik Isles, as it gives you access to pretty much the default Helmet for melee. However, get the Black Mask for slaying. Getting the Rune Defender can be a pain, however it's completely worth it as it gives major attack bonuses. For a defense-friendly shield, the Obsidian Shield is good as it gives a strength bonus. A Blessed Spirit Shield is great too. Dragon Boots are the best choice for melee boots. The Fury Amulet is the best all-around amulet in the game, but it does come with a heft cost. A Glory Amulet is a totally acceptable replacement. The RFD (recipe for disaster) gloves are the best. Barrows being the best of them, of course. If you don't have access to them, then get access. Get the Fire Cape; again, it's the best all-around cape in the game. If you can't, then an Obsidian or Skill Cape is great too. The Ardounge Diary Cape has a great prayer bonus. The weapon is the most switchable. Whip is the best for most situations. Zamorak Spear has a huge number of uses too. Godswords are really only for boss hunting, and if you do do that then just get a Bandos, though that's out of your price range. __ Armored Zombies are a very good training spot, but it can get very crowded. Slayer is a great choice, since you get more overall XP and it has a lot of variety and gives you access to monsters with great drops. When you go feather dragon god, you never go back. squidsquash
I had 10m like yourself, and my setup loked a little like this; Helm of Neitiznot Amulet of GloryAbby Whip, Torag's Plate , Rune Defender Torag's Legs Dragon Boots You do have to spend a tiny bit of cash the odd time to repair the Torag's, but a lot of people say the money you save in cost of food pays for the armour repairs.
