December 12, 200916 yr Saradomin sword is probably your best strength training weapon these days. It's basically the same str bonus as a whip, but two-handed and with an agressive option. If you're serious about training strength I would definately recommend the Saradomin sword. If you're scared about spending 10.6m on it, it is worth noting that the graph for the last 180 days for the sword has a steady increase from 6.7m to it's current price and it is always possible to sell it back once you're finished training give F2P a penny and they want a dime; give P2P a quarter, they want 100,000 dollars, your car, house, boat, social security number, credit card numbers, drivers license, clothes on your back and everything you ever owned or interacted with ever

Its an awesome strength training weapon. If it crashes it won crash too much, besides its not too hard to make back 2 or 3 mil.
December 13, 200916 yr If you don't mind the "slowness" of getting levels, use a whip on controlled + rune defender. Otherwise, use a Saradomin Sword. December 13, 200916 yr SS is nice for strength, but nothing beats a whip + defender. The controlled-only option is a problem of course, but only a temporary one. 99 for all melees isn't really taking that long once you start closing in on it. But the SS is a really nice weapon with a useful spec.
December 13, 200916 yr Saradomin Sword, like other people have said, or full dharoks. Either way, good exp. I don't recommend D Skimmy... It's slow and not worth it in the long run.

Dragon Scimmys are still good.. just not as good as Saradomin Swords are. I'd buy one if you have 12+ mil, that way you can buy armour and potions.
