EDIT: My dad said that the micro ATX board will be really small and won't allow for expandability so he told me to find an ATX board. You don't get as much stuff on it as a full ATX mobo, but you get enough. It won't have a problem with your graphics card or anything. Go for the one you posted, but personally i'd use the money on a better cpu or graphics card.
