December 15, 200916 yr If your not 99 summoning (or don't have the charms banked) bursting/barraging rock lobsters is the best method IMO.You get a nice chunk of mage, hp and summoning exp all at the same time, join burstinglobs cc and theres always someone to bless your grave making it perfectly safe too. Its not the fastest magic exp, but its close and you get a lot of summoning and hp exp.
