I want to know how many second does the butler need to:

 

1. unnote plank

 

2.unnote logs+turn them into logs

 

And is the speed of (1) twice faster then (2) ?

This is something you could test yourself in 3 minutes....

Each task for a normal butler is 10 seconds i believe. Just do the noted logs to logs, then send him to the sawmill. It's ALOT cheaper but still won't be very slow.
