See that red circle? That's where MY snow imp should be. His name is Benny and when I started this event, everything went well. He and I, entered into Scourge's house when I was forced to log off by real life commitments. I logged back in he wasn't behind me. I went back to the tent, but couldn't find him. I looked at imps everywhere. No result.

 

I ventured around and found several imps with invisible one square barriers around them. One at the sculptures, one at the fountain, one near the wardrobe. No players could approach them, I figured they were there for decoration. Then I went back to the tent. An in visible barrier lay on the East side of the tent, where I found my imp. That's right. My imp wasn't there. It was broken. The other imps belong to other players, assigned different imps.

 

I've sent a bug report to Jagex, but before I figured out the little barrier tidbit. Should I send another bug report? Will they fix it? I don't want to miss out on the emote, the cane or the cool robes.

 

Please, don't log out during the event.

Very unlucky. I also logged out during the event, but didn't encounter this problem.

It's very easy to lose him. I highly suggest walking throughout the entire event instead of running, since he is very slow and gets trapped easily.

 

The best thing is to log out and back in, or exit and re-enter the snow world.

get your ice amulet and see if you can summon him that way.

I've tried the amulet, gone back and forth between Scourge's estate and the snow land, that should have spawned him behind me. Alas, none have worked. The amulet says "if you want Benny to go, you should ask him."

Did you leave the Land of Snow by going through the wardrobe?

those three imps that are stationarry are the instances of them so you can have the conversations betweent the imps even if there arent' many people there, I believe.

Dang... oh well at least you can still get the emote next year. (Unless it gets fixed sometime during this week, which is highly unlikely.)
