I'm thinking about spending roughly 15m on 75 pray, what could I do with 75 pray and my stats? Att is soon to be 89 and Str soon to be 85. Should I go for 75 or is 70 high enough to get the job done whatever it may be?

Get 72.

That gives you access to piety, all the deflect prayers and you get the extra prayer point per dose as well as 2 extra prayer points if you use holy wrench.

Getting 75 prayer is good to claim your reward from the latest Fremmenik quest, "blood runs deep". Its reward is 3x 150K xp in a combat stat, summoning excluded. You need lvl 75 at least, and it gives enough xp to get 78!

 

So that's what I'm getting now, when I bought the bones.
