This is inaccurate: the armour case takes ALL SETS of naval outfits, requiring you to get all 6-7 sets from trouble brewing in order to fill your costume room. I remember posting something slightly similar in the past (about hoping for an animated gif that rotates like some of the other costumes to show the different colors). Either they haven't gotten to it or deem it low priority.
