Why logs r rising in this week?

Some logs(oak logs, teak logs and maho logs) have been rising alot for a week, why? Since I am going to train construction, so I really want to know why. Are they being merched? Cuz of some recent updates, or other reasons?

Didn't even notice, but some in our clan like merching and making money with ge... (not merch clans ofc cause that is stupid)

I just asked them and they didn't have an explanation... Sorry

Maybe there is a update leak that is mentioning wood/logs w/e. people start packing up- imo
