im unable to connect to one of our servers, i am able to ping to it and get a relpy and vice versa, i can RDP and VNC to the server, but when i try to connect to it via a shortcut, it tells me that the server may not exist or is unavailabe, i'vr checked the connections... and i am still unable to figure out the problem!??

please anyone assist me

Where does the shortcut point to on that server? If pointing to a shared folder on the server, have you verified the path still exists?

how would i verify that the path still exists?

the wierd thing is that i am unable to connect to any of our servers, even if i run the ip address in RUN, its unable to find it

This might be better in the Tech forums, as they'd know a whole lot more than most of us at the H&A.
