Any recommendations will help.

December 31, 200916 yr i'm not a expert but i would assume rune mining would be the best money making at your level. the best iron spot would probobly be alkarid mine and banking at duel arena i remember a triangle iron spot there. Yeah I can't spell get over it!

January 1, 201016 yr Money wise, yeah rune mining is by far the quickest, I find it very tedious.Next up is the RC minigame, dunno if you have the 50 rc needed.This isn't so much skills, but buying the flour from port sarim food shop and making into pizzas bases is fairly good money.Along the same vein mining clay and turning it soft. Mining for iron, if you can find an empty world then varrok east mine, or steel mine up in the wild, dunno if your def would make you get hit a bunch. Rimington mine is another option, making use of the cabbage tele(varrok/draynor diary) You can also fish lobster to the east of the greater demon ruins in the wild, Karmaja is quicker especially with the cabbage tele.(Do the diary!!)
January 1, 201016 yr The best way I see with your stats is to mine rune. It could be hard though, as the rune rocks are crowded in non-PvP worlds and in PvP and BH worlds, there are clans there waiting to kill you. You can try mining coal and mith in the mining guild, and occasionally mine an addy ore from that rock just outside the mining guild.
