EDIT: I'll bring a ring of recoil in my inventory, and just one Ppot. Miss-clicked in my bank :P

You should use a legends cape instead of a team cape as team cape has +1 def bonuses while the legends cape has +7. Other than that it looks good. Rune gloves aren't a terrible replacement for barrows gloves either :P (soo much cheaper on returns).

bring 22 deaths 44 astrals 110 earths not w/e u have there

I'd Bring another recoil as the 1 normally runs out during fight.

 

Also Bring an anti poison as the 6 stacked with the hit can sometimes k0. And during long fights many 6's will use up a good amount of food.
