Evidently you can get 200 per hour with turmoil and iron titan in CT. About 170 per hour bursting. Lobs are indeed 170 crims/hour when you burst, about 1.25 times that if you count other charms too. For barrage is it about 210 crims and again 1.25 times that for total xp/hour.
