Decent speed, cost efficient and herblore don't fit together in 1 sentence ;)

 

Just giving a tip: lately there've been made a lot of herblore training questions in this forum, you might want have a look at them.

I don't know what the highest herb use can clean is, but, cleaning grimy herbs can give up 60k/hour exp and even gives profit in most cases.
