How to Work Out?

Unfortuanately I'm a bit overweight for my age and I'm hoping to lose some weight. And since its winter now I'm looking for some winter workouts or routines can anoyone suggest some?

XC ski, exercise bike, run outside, abs (side planks, regular planks, sit-ups, bicycles, numerous other ab exercises), swim, run on an indoor track, basically any cardio exercise would be good in your case. the abs just supplement the running/skiing and are easy to do in a low amount of time.

DK drops (solo/LS): 66 hatchets, 14 archer rings, 13 berserker rings, 17 warrior rings, 12 seerculls, 13 mud staves, 7 seers rings

QBD drops: 1 kite, 2 visages, 4 dragonbone kits, 3 effigies, lots of crossbow parts

CR vs. CLS threads always turn into discussions about penis size.

I've sent a 12k combat mission to have Aiel assassinated (poor bastard isn't even Pincers-tier difficulty).

Don't forget weightlifting, when you gain muscle you burn more calories and it increases your metabolism

Perhaps look into CrossFit workouts you can do without equipment, stuff like:

 

"Cindy"

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Squats

 

Where squats refers to air squats done for speed. That'll get your heart rate up and build strength.

Alright right now i'm doing:

 

20 Air Squats

10 Pushups

40 Situps

100 333ml glass beer bottles each arm (so like i lifting a full 333ml glass bottle thats full 100 times each arm)

 

Doing this everyday and eating breakfast from now on (mini-whets :)) can I hope to lose about 5-10lbs this month? And well get some muscles ;p?

100 333ml glass beer bottles each arm (so like i lifting a full 333ml glass bottle thats full 100 times each arm)

 

Doing this everyday and eating breakfast from now on (mini-whets :)) can I hope to lose about 5-10lbs this month? And well get some muscles ;p?

If your really trying to loose weight I would strongly suggest cardio, as just these exercises while helpful, are not really going to help you loose a significant amount of weight

i dunno how to do cardio >.< i looked up the excercise but it doesnt sasy any instructions or stuff.

 

plus i dun trust the word cardio.... sounds like a surgery

Your having a laugh? I would say you will be lucky to lose 3-4 lbs in a month by doing that. It also will not build musicles, but if you aren't particularly athletic then it may increase the twitch fibres which willl give you some more strength.

Cardio refers to Cardiovascular, which is how your body distributes blood. The better your Cardio, the longer you can work out, which means the more calories you can burn.

My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages.
