Nomad and Ruby bolts

This isn't a help-me-kill-Nomad question, I've already done that, I'm just curious about something. As I wasn't really paying attention to how high I hit him when my ruby bolts specced, (too busy not dying) I was wondering if Rubies are somehow capped (Like against the corp beast) or do they have the potential of hitting 200 against him?

I would imagine they're capped like Corp. Beasts.

I think I read somewhere about someone hitting 200 or close to it.

 

 

Then again, maybe I read that it doesn't hit 200. =\

I believe that it's capped at 100, since i think i hit a 75 on him when he was about 3/4 health.
