Fishing from Level 85 onwards

I am looking to get 99 Fishing from Level 85. I would like to know the pros and cons of Shilo Fly Fishing, Monkfish Fishing, and Living Rock Caverns Fishing.

 

I'm mainly after exp rates and profit rates per hour. I will not be using the Barbarian method, because i simply don't like dropping. I will be using a War Tortoise or Granite Lobster.

 

Shilo - (put info here, please) - I did one trial: 40,870 exp in one hour, with a War Tortoise.

Monkfish - (see above)

LRC - (see above)

Use barbaria fishing, there is no point going to shilo anymore. It gives the best exp in the game, plus some str and agility exp.
