Neos_Matrix
My computer boots up and the menu comes up asking you to select Safe Mode or Start Windows Normally. I can't use the keyboard because its not responding. What should I do? Laura
I guess plugging in a new keyboard isn't an option? :P
OldJoe
First, try all the different ports. If it fails, do as Laura says... You can get a new one for about five - ten bucks. Neos_Matrix
Ok, guess I haven't told you what happens next. After the menu selects Run Windows Normally and after the loading screen, it asks you for Windows Activation Key. At that moment, the keyboard works normally. The keyboard only gets disabled when it is booting up. <_< Barrows Items: 1x Dharok's Platelegs, 1x Veracs's Plateskirt, 1x Dharok's Greataxe, 2x Torag's Platelegs, 1x Akrisae's War Mace, 1x Ahrim's Robeskirt, 3x Akrisae's Robetop, 1x Guthan's Warspear, 1x Akrisae's Robeskirt, 1x Torag's Helm, 2x Verac's Brassard, 1x Karil's Pistol Crossbow
shawn3090
Is it a USB keyboard? If so, you may have to enable support for USB devices in BIOS. Once Windows starts up, its USB drivers take over, so your keyboard works fine then. If it is a PS/2 keyboard, then I don't know what's wrong. [hide=Stats][/hide]"One death is a tragedy. Neos_Matrix
Ok, I think I enabled USB Devices in the BIOS or either I plugged in a PS/2 Keyboard. Luckily, I was able to get the keyboard working and get pass the Menu. Thanks a lot guys! Barrows Items: 1x Dharok's Platelegs, 1x Veracs's Plateskirt, 1x Dharok's Greataxe, 2x Torag's Platelegs, 1x Akrisae's War Mace, 1x Ahrim's Robeskirt, 3x Akrisae's Robetop, 1x Guthan's Warspear, 1x Akrisae's Robeskirt, 1x Torag's Helm, 2x Verac's Brassard, 1x Karil's Pistol Crossbow
