Maybe a planner for those people who create large Player-Owned-Houses could allow making one a lot more easier. I have once made a house that was decent, then noticed I had it in the wrong direction #-o . Normally for me, I am picky with how the door layout is, I don't like a room with 4 doors next to another with only 1 door. Also perhaps one could calculate price with one? I haven't seen one of these made before, but me and others would be thankful if there was one.

Someone could make a reccomended layout. Frankly, moving your house around gets too expensive at higher levels, especially once you start using things like gold leaf and marble. Not sure what this calculator would accomplish; there are too many factors (i.e. moving the room around, making the best stuff you can, what level you are) and more importantly, how you want the layout. You might hate a room with 4 doors next to a room with 1 door, others don't give a damn, no offense. I'm very happy having my chapel, workshop, summoning obelisk, portal rooms and house glory right by the entrance.

 

And frankly, planning out your house is easy enough unless your very picky, the problem is most people don't have the foresight to start planning right at the beginning, when it really counts.

I actually think this is a great idea. There is no 'easy' way to plan out your house unless you have experience in POH building already and kinda have an idea what you are doing. The tool would help you plan out a layout for the house and give you costs and things.

This is a pretty interesting idea.
