January 24, 201016 yr It takes 10 full games (so 100 consecutive waves) to fully charge a Penance Horn. (Remember, however, that the Master Penance Horn drains charges slower than the normal Penance Horn). However, the amount of charge you get increases as the wave. So later waves grant greater charge than the first few. So it probably would not be a good idea to reset your wave. ~It's Super Effective!
