I really like the second one. Very neat.

First guy.. is it Vash the Stampede? :) That one is nicely done, though the hand and arm on the gun is a bit small, and the head a little to big compared to the rest of the body. The second one had a nice perspective, and the sizes of the bodyparts are good. It's not a very interesting character though (Plain blue hat, robe, cape) It could maybe use some more aggresive shading, though that's more a matter of style. Just keep it up :)

I like the first, the red is nice. No offence or anything, but is he suposed to be anerexic, but other than that its nice and the second is good aswell
