Suggestion 1. - yes Suggestion 2. - I think it would increase the time spent reviewing each case but also reducing the amount of incorrect bans. Suggrstion 3. - If someone breaks another rule just wait 60 seconds and report him again? I understand that if the player breaks another rule only a few seconds after you reported him it can be difficult to report him so maybe 15 seconds instead of 60 Suggestion 4. - Yes, easy for jagex and helps to identify scams, spam, etc on crowded worlds

Green, although i'm rather impatient i love monopoly, the strategy in chess & poker. My skills relfect the green the most.

At my low level i rarely get people begging, although on the rare occasion i do i just politely tell them that when i was their level i never begged and look where i am now. If the persist ignore list is always good. On a similar note, i've noticed that when you decline a trade because the other player's offer is too low they will shoot you down with comments such as: "omg noob it's only 50k lol" & "your really sad nolyfer". It just goes to show that most of the runescape population are just basically not nice people.

I don't look down upon fletching and cooking capes maybe because i don't have any 99 myself. I am aiming for 99 fletching just so i can have skill cape & use the left over money on buying a rare before i quit. The maximum amount of exp i can get per hour is 160k. However when i experimented with red chins on monkey skeletons i got 200k exp per hour with 85 range. I know that there is a great price differance but i know people who trained to 99 that way and it's alot faster than fletching.

Prices of yew longbows (u) have increased. I am trying to get 99 fletching myself and i only string bows because it's fatser exp and more profit. Fortuanately i won't get carpel tunnel syndrome however my profit margins have decreased and strinings per hour has reduced by a third. I am personally indifferent to the update. Prices of yew logs and yew longbows (u) have increased. Prices of yew longbows (s) have stayed steady Prices of nature rune & bow strings have decreased The price chages might not be directly effected by just the update. mass ban of auto-ers, increase in supply of nats, etc could also change prices.

I'm also going for 99 fletching, 95 atm. Good luck & take lots of breaks otherwise you'll get bored and quit.
