What's a good training place for 40-70 range for a f2p 1 def pure?

safe spot hillies is good f2p range xp.

when you get to like 60 you could move to mossies.

What's your CB level? I think it depends on that because right-clicking --> Attack <Monster> is a pain in the butt, but whatever floats your boat .

Hillies are way overcrowded, aren't they?

I couldn't really answer that since i haven't been to hillies in years.

But my guess is that you should be able to find a world that isn't crowded.

I might've went there on my range tank within a year and it wasn't bad.

Just go and try it out and if it's to bad find something else i guess.

And Hill Giants are indeed crowded, especially during the 3-9 hours, but I suggest getting your CB level up to the same as the Hill Giants' (28 I think?) so you can single-click them. Turn your Public chat off so the arrogant shnubs don't distract you, and just try your best to beat them to it.

 

I would also suggest Flesh Crawlers, but I think your defence is too low for their accuracy.
