Profiting while Powerslaying

Granted the information is slightly outdated, but this should actually increase the profits. Turmoil is faster and cheaper, and the new extreme potions and ferocious ring greatly increase killspeed.

Before turmoil and and kuradal you still profited from power slaying. A friend did some test during a past slayer competition. He was using piety on every task and cannoned and used a Steel Titan when ever he could.

If you watched the video, you would know that this was BEFORE turmoil and Kuradal :P My followup statement was to explain this.

So would you say powerslaying with say stats like mine would profit? Or would I need to get titans etc?

Powerslaying at any level generally profits. Keep in mind you can also buy slayer dart runes with your points to further increase your profit.

Excuse me for being sceptical, but how does it always profit etc? I highly doubt someone with my 80/79/99 stats would be able to do it. And what makes it worse is I don't have titans yet. So I fail to see how I'd make any type of profit cept slayer runes................ :/

@Ezkaton: Whatever you can do at your level to powerslay would profit. Its just the profit comes after you get done slaying and you need money to buy the supplies with.

 

But i know i spent 15 pray pots on 225 abby demons and a friend only use 7 on his, and he was using turmoil and soul split while i used piety. I was also in veracs and he was in prossy, and i am 82 pray and he is 99, but its still a noticeable difference.

2 Questions:

 

1) Is "power slaying" with cannon just using it when in multi combat, or even in single way?

 

2) The guy in the video in the OP started at 99 slayer, so he has the ability to get the good stuff (whip and d boots and dark bows), so would it even be worth it before 85 slayer?

I believe the owner of that video cannoned everything, multi- or not: Dark Beasts, Black Demons, Kalphites, Scabarites, et cetera.

 

It is always worth it to cannon, since it saves so much time.
