Broad arrows gentlemen, is there any use for them? Is it ever worth using them over broad tipped bolts?

I can't conceive of a single situation where I'd use broad arrows over broad tipped bolts.

No real use for them. If you have them, either drop them or use them. But other then that they are useless.
