I seem to get hit A LOT and I can't hit through rune. Get 70 attack?

I would go get 40/45since you will have more variety and have more interesting fights.

Get 94 Ranged and 94 Magic for Vengeance/Ice Barrage. As for the prayer, get 70 or 95 for Piety or Turmoil, respectively. Follow this guide: http://runepures.webs.com/apps/blog/

Really? Cause as I recall it was you who was the one cussing me at base. Also, re-read what you just said: one 15 second delay (which is an exaggeration to begin with) ruins floor times? You are beyond ridiculous.
