Colint94 Posted November 9, 2005 Share Posted November 9, 2005 If you check the BTS (Behind the Scenes) for August, it said 2 new randoms would be made, the Sandwhich Lady and Sebastian Gno, the fastest gnome in Runescape. I agree that it's good to combat autoers, but they have become a major part of gameplay. It's coming to the point where every 10 minutes, everyone will get a random event. And as days progress, it will be less and less between events, until we'll be so busy with random events - we won't be able to play the game. Has already lost track of how many time i saw Trolls attacking someone, Whirlpools appearing out of nowhere, Fish spitting out the Fishing tools, etc etc because its easy to make an auto-fisher. you just stand there in one spot and fish comes to you. i'm sure once in a while everybody switches windows or does something else while their char is on the dock fishing. random event prevent people from getting "free" training exp try fishing in catherby. the spots move in less than a minute lots of times, even though the other random events are not as common. Are you a member with a full bank and cancelling your subscription? Are you an F2P player that wants more bank space?
