stonewall337 Posted February 16, 2010 Share Posted February 16, 2010 Well, I hate getting to Jad, its so boring. As a result, i've only tried 3 times. Made it to him all three times. First 2 times I died, 3rd he glitched on me and kept on healing, even when all the healers were lured. Sooo, I want to rush Jad next time I have a tzhaar task. Basically, I'd be using karils+slayer helm+veng+x pots/overload,+turmoil and either Soul Split pr mage/range prayer. Is there any good way to do this? Or would I be better off just ranging him. Last time I had no trouble with prayer switches, he just wouldn't die. He kept on getting healed. Would it be better to just rush him AFTER I get him to 2/5 HP, right before healers come? Grimy_Bunyip Posted February 16, 2010 Share Posted February 16, 2010 hah I was considering the exact same thingYou should definitely use vengeance, and If you can get up to the healers, go with taking jad below half HP before rushingI heard that if you time it right, you can get 2 dragon claws specs in before you get hit by a second attack.That and i would personally set your quick prayers to turmoil + soul split for once you're ready to rush people who do that 7 second rush from max hpTypically just cast vengeancewait 30 secondsdragon claw speccast vengeance again after you've taken damagedragon claw spec once againswitch to whip i'm guessing it's roughly the same thing if you want to wait til 50% hp before you rushanywhoo tell me how it goesI'm basically in your same boat with 3 attempts and always getting pwned @ healers. Mischlings Posted February 16, 2010 Share Posted February 16, 2010 Well, try what Wooox16 does here: In case you can't tell: D claws with turmoil and soul split, using Vengeance twice in a row, then switching to whip.
