February 23, 201016 yr The difference is that Zerker Pures have 45 Defense, while 1 defense pures have...well 1 defense. The 45 Defense requirement is for a certain kind of armour/item you can wear (Hence the name Zerker), although my memory is failing me right now. :/ I'd do 1 defense pure for f2p.
