I have had 10 workers on herbs in MTK for about a month a half. I am currently taking a break from RS until AP tests. I have been getting on for a few minutes every other week and checking my kingdom. I was planning to accumulate all the herbs and fish and collect them all at once after APs. Now, with this 2.7 exp weekend coming, I presume all herb prices will skyrocket. Should I withdraw my herbs today and sell what I have so far? Should I wait until the actual week to sell them? Or will the price not rise that much and I may as well keep them in my kingdom for another 2 months?

They'll rise; sell in a week maybe.

Yes, don't be greedy and try to wait till they are just about to crash. You never go bankrupt from making a profit.
