Is there a way to change my potions from (4) to (3)?

I'd prefer not to drink 1 dose of every potion as that is a waste.. if there's a better way I'd love to know.

 

I bought 100 super energy potions (4) during the summer when they were around 500gp each, and now they are 7k each, but no one buys (4)s as (3)s are used in special attack energy restore potions.

I usually use energy potions during quests but super energies definitely cost too much now, so I'll stick to normal ones :P

The herbalist in Nardah (very close to bank) will convert unnoted 4 dosed potions to 3 dosed for a small fee.

There's a person in nardah east of the bank that will change your 4 pots from 3 for like 50 gp an invent, works out as profit as well because you can get like 6 vials out of her.
