You do, I was messing with offers and noticed it was different one time, and rscript came up with the update about a minute later, so unless it chanegd within the 2-3 seconds that I had the window down, I can definitively say that prices will not refresh automatically. March 6, 201016 yr The best way to snipe/dump offers early is to put an offer at the bare minimum to items that are bought out. (Ex: offering min price on an item that is currently rising) this way, when the GE updates, an hourglass should appear so that when you see it, you can immediately put in offers without sacrificing too many seconds. you do NOT have to refresh the page to see it since it'll automatically appear unilaterally.
