Star_Fox Posted March 6, 2010 Share Posted March 6, 2010 The best way to snipe/dump offers early is to put an offer at the bare minimum to items that are bought out. (Ex: offering min price on an item that is currently rising) this way, when the GE updates, an hourglass should appear so that when you see it, you can immediately put in offers without sacrificing too many seconds. you do NOT have to refresh the page to see it since it'll automatically appear unilaterally.
