"Constitution" Leveling

Featured Replies

So, today I was talking to a friend, and his hitpoints levels were a lot higher than mine, but his combat level was lower. My ranged, magic and prayer are lower than his, but my attack, strength and defence are a lot higher. I asked him, and he didn't really noticed.(Note: he is F2P)

So, any good way to level "Constitution" considering that I'm a F2P?

Since you're f2p, the best way is just to train normally and dumping your lamps onto hitpoints (I still call it that :P)

I know that is through combat, but I mean, should I train strength a lot or something like that?

To be honest, you shouldn't concern yourself over training Consitution specifically. Most players who do come to regret it after they reach level 99, as the experience gained afterward is essentially useless. Simply train your combat stats as you would normally, and you'll naturally accumulate Constitution experience over time.

The simple answer is: "whatever you want". All forms of combat training will also earn Constitution experience.

The only amendment I make is that if you want HP xp, train the melee stats since they are as much as 25% faster xp than ranged, the next highest.

some numbers would help to answer the difference in levels.

But as for your question...HP isn't really something to "Work on". Just work on your other combat stats, and let your HP go up with it.
