The location list gives this clue:

A rotten town south of a corrupted shady village.

And lists the location as Mort'on

 

Bit misleading as there is NOT a obelisk in Mort'on itself, the obelisk is at Burgh De Rott (or just outside it) and the clue logically points to burgh de rott more so (rotten town) south of a corrupted shady village (mort'on)

 

Only a minor error, but if ya wanna be technically correct and not at all misleading it needs to be changed.
