I would recommend Mining Gold, use Gold gauntlets and make them into Gold bars.

You can find Gold in Living Rock caverns (With 80+ mining)

Or you can go to Crafting Guild south of Falador (Remember a brown apron!(There is also a way to tele there with a Skill necklace))

You could also just mine coal in the falador mining guild (60+) And mine mithril/adamant, use superheat item, and make mithril and adamant bars on the spot. Then later on make Platebodies (Fastest to get exp with of course)

If not 60+ mining, there is a great place west of Seers' village where you can mine coal and put it in a truck, and unload close to the bank (Can load more if you have done achievement diaries)

Remember a Varrock Armour! It will help a lot!

Give a man a lighter, and he will be warm for a while.

Set a man on fire, and he will be warm for the rest of his life.

without 80 mining I would recommend keldigrim for gold, but yes superheating gold is going to be the fastest way to train them both.

DK drops (solo/LS): 66 hatchets, 14 archer rings, 13 berserker rings, 17 warrior rings, 12 seerculls, 13 mud staves, 7 seers rings

QBD drops: 1 kite, 2 visages, 4 dragonbone kits, 3 effigies, lots of crossbow parts

CR vs. CLS threads always turn into discussions about penis size.
...
It's not called a Compensation Longsword for nothing.

I've sent a 12k combat mission to have Aiel assassinated (poor bastard isn't even Pincers-tier difficulty).

I feel like a broken record saying this again

But you can cast superheat without interrupting your mining @ living rock caverns gold ore rocks

by far the best way to train both mining and smithing.

~50k mining xp/hour, 43k smithing xp/hour, 38k magic xp/hour

Except that he doesn't have 80 mining.

I would think that mining and superheating gold is still the best even without using concentrated gold, however.

If you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.
