gold is 50k xp/hour at low mining lvls + lava titan (80-85)

i guess more is possible

Erm, coal is definitely way slower, not sure how much slower.

You should consider bringing superheat runes + mith/addy/runite ores so that you can "mine more coal" before banking, only lasts for the first run of course.

I'd say coal is about 35k xp/hour.

I'm a huge fan of the Superheat+Mine. I'm going to assume that you have a dispensable amount of gp that you can afford to spend on natures by looking at your summon lvl and post history...

It's not too difficult. You can actually superheat an item, click the rock, ect...all without losing time. Overall, you still maintain the 50k xp for gold, plus you get about 40-60k smithing and magic xp at the same time (assuming you have gold smith gauntlets of course). Give me a shout if you got questions.

Gold with banking can push 100k xp/hr if ur lucky.

But an realistic average is probably 50k - 70k
