Calcing 92 herb

Mk, I just need help calcing out what 86->92 herb will cost. (150k to 87). I calc it at around 75m. I plan on making 2k x attack/str, and 500 x range, def, and mage. I will make those as I get the levels. Basically, I need a plan, but I'm bad at calcing these things out. Help is appreciated.

unfortunately for you, it looks like all potions with xp rates of over 100k xp/hour cost 25+ gp/xp

and cheaper potions generally aren't worth the xp rate

 

I'd say that much herblore xp will set you back about 75-90 mil with plain ole potions

seriously, consider cleaning herbs. That's alot of money to dish out otherwise.

Actually, I need under 3m xp. At 27 gp/xp, I'm shelling out ~75m. I was thinking it would cost 100m, and I have 120m cash that i'd spend on it, so I'm not cleaning herbs. I can make 3m gp/hr at dks. So, basically, I just need a fairly fast way to get that last 3m xp.

I did a quick plug in of a 3mil gp/hour income into my spreadsheets, and the output was that

extreme potions aside (since you're inevitably gonna make those on the way to 99)

saradomin brews are currently the most efficient way to train herblore at your level, that is make-x

even in spite of the 31 gp/xp pricetag.

Thanks. Kinda leary of brews crashing. Now I just need to know how many of each pot...Sorry, I'm always messing this part up ^.^

that's a distinct possibility.

I'm personally inclined to believe that brews are a safe investment.

With Jagex mentioning new higher level bosses and instance dungeons on the horizon, I can't imagine such a staple boss hunter consumable going down.

 

Likewise new instance dungeons might have ways of healing yourself without food.

Maybe monsters in the dungeons drop food, or there are healing fonts or something.

maybe new lifepoint boosting armors will somehow make saradomin brews obsolete

maybe lifepoint boosting armors will cause saradomin brews which heal a percent of your life points, to heal even more life points.

Who knows.

Just do spec restores. I managed to buy supplies for ~8k at 30gp/exp a few days ago.
