Arcane steam necklace

I was wondering if anybody knew the level i would need to have enough tokens to get this necklace, it's the level 70 one, i am planning on barraging for 96 summoning and thought this would be pretty useful.

 

If anybody could give me a rough estimate on how long it would take to get the level for the tokens, it would really help as i am not sure if it is worth the time in getting and if i should just stick to the good old fury.

Costs 100k tokens, so you need 1,000,000 xp min to get it.

 

So about lvl 74 assuming u buy nothing else

I'd definitely pick it up when you get the tokens. 15% damage is huge and it's only 1 less mage attack than the third age ammy. It's undoubtedly the best mage amulet in the game.

You won't notice a difference using it at rock lobs, considering damage boosts only apply to one target instead of the maximum of nine.

Im pretty sure that doesnt apply to actual bonuses, just bonuses from potions.
