April 18, 201016 yr I'm slightly confused on the idea of reseting, so I'm going to give you my first impressions. Reseting allows me to gain prestige points if I've already done that certain floor before; so, it's implying that if I don't reach the ascending floor in one go-around, then I should reset. Now, based on this assumption, it would mean you should reset after everytime you complete a floor: which also doesn't make sense. Which also implies that a part of your score is also based on your "previous stage" number, which is most likely the prestige points. Through a little test from level 10-12 and floor 5-6, this is what I came up with:I got about 160 points, in floor 5, at stage 5, giving me 0 prestige points, and an average of 80 points. At level 5 still, I redid the 5th floor while reseting, and I don't remember what I got, but it was enough to level me.Here, I acquired floor level 6 and continued on without reseting, the floor gave me about 180 points, with a previous stage of 5, at stage 1, giving me about 120 prestige points, and an average of 150 points. Now, since I didn't reach a new floor, I should reset, but that would leave me with a previous stage of 1 and that doesn't sound good, but it's better than getting 0 prestige points to bring down my average. So I ask again... When would I not reset, what is the point of not reseting?
April 18, 201016 yr Go through every single floor that you can, reset, go through every floor again, reset, repeat. If you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.

April 18, 201016 yr I believe, based on what I understood from the knowledge base, that the concept is for you to complete all floors before resetting the prestige-o-meter. When you do the floor twice in a prestige-reset interval, your prestige doesn't add up to the total exp earned. The idea behind it is to "prevent grinding", and that the first floors would still give fair amount of exp.

Yes, once you reset, start from Floor 1 and work your way back up. Keep the complexity at the highest you can. ~ Proud Father ~ Proud (Currently Deployed) Army National Guardsmen ~ Proud Lakota ~ Retired Tip.It Crew ~
April 18, 201016 yr Author I believe...Alright, thanks. I'm all for anti-grinding, but its kind of an oxymoron with all the grey walls and dour mood. It's hard enough doing a stage 5 without falling asleep, I really don't think I have time to do all 5 levels without logging out...This sucks <sigh> Ah, thanks Vulxai.
April 18, 201016 yr There's no need to do all the floors without logging out. You can take a break after completing a dungeon and it won't affect your exp.

Do you mean I click "No" when It asks if I want to continue?

Just climb down that ledge thing, and restart, but choose the floor you were on instead of floor 1, you should retain all the previous records, and act like you just moved onto that floor. ~ Proud Father ~ Proud (Currently Deployed) Army National Guardsmen ~ Proud Lakota ~ Retired Tip.It Crew ~
