I've got a few mil at my disposal so I don't have to worry about initial resources. May 3, 201016 yr Get 50 runecrafting for RuneCrafting Guild. The mini-game (Great Orb Project) can land around 200k/h for F2P if you buy Water Talismans; and it's fairly fun. I think it's the best money in F2P after 85 mining (Runite Ores).

May 3, 201016 yr If you have patience, and can sit grind away for money, you can make steel bars for profit, or you can also try mining coal, or fishing lobsters.
