Sell them and buy the best gp/xp potion.

15m won't get you to a useful herb level. So either go partway with herb, or pick something more immediately useful.

Disclaimer: The above is probably inaccurate.

15m might get you to 75 herb, but there's not any useful potions you can't buy until 85, which would cost another 50m+. Save the cash for another skill or for when you have enough to get higher herblore.

I'm doing 85 herb the cheapest way, and it's costing me about 50m. Sell all your herbs and save till you can afford at least 85, using about 24 gp/exp in your calcs. Should be like 55-60m.

Drops: Black Mask.

Sell them, Herblore is an "all-or-nothing" skill, similar to prayer. You do not get benefits until a certain critical level, and unless you can achieve that critical level, there is zero point in training that skill.

So unless you can confidently say you will get 85+ herblore in the near future, don't bother training herblore at all.

Yeah but the closer he gets to it the less it will cost him when he does decide to get 85. Working towards 85 slowly is better than nothing at all correct?

Not unless there's nothing he'd rather spend his cash on.
