I'd need something like 1.9k law runes to do Camelot tele, which would cost over 500k. I could do that and still have plenty of money, but I don't really want to spend that much.

 

How can I get there quickly?

Hm, I suppose you could superheat or alch or something. None of the really "good" training methods become available till higher mage levels (where you can ancients train for really fast exp, string ammies, ect), so you're stuck with boring slow stuff until then.
