Can you have 2 champion scrolls from 2 different races simultaneously?

There are 2 scenarios so please read them carefully before you post

Scenario A

I received a hill giant scroll 3 years ago and killed him/her. Can I receive another scroll from a different race? *Here's the catch* I kept the scroll after killing the monster.

I am fully aware you can't get another hill giant scroll.

Scenario B

Billy receives a lesser demon scroll and doesn't kill it. (Billy stores scroll in bank for sentimental reasons) Can he receive another scroll from a different race?

Basically what I'm asking is... if you have a scroll in your bank can you receive another? Even if you killed the monster or did not kill them?

Ferocious rings...can you have more than 1?

That's all my questions!

For now... :)

You can have as many ferocious rings as you want.

Disclaimer: The above is probably inaccurate.

Yes you can have more then 1 Champion scroll from Different races. ie: Goblin and Skeleton at the same time.

Thank you very much! Can anyone provide a picture of someone having 2 champion scrolls if possible?
