Stewing Overloads

Hey. So im almost done my herblore goal. Once i finish (tomorrow), i will have enough supplies for 2.2k overloads. I will be 93 herblore. My question is, how should i go about stewing overloads? I have heard things about a "logout trick". Not sure what it is exactly. Should i gather spices all at once? How many should i expect to need? How long will it take? I know few of these questions have definitive answers, but guestimations would be nice :) If anyone has anything to say about stewing 2.2k overloads, please post :D Anything would be appreciated!

Take a skillcape or cheap potion and activate the boost. Open an online stopwatch or use a real one. When your stats go down by 1, start the watch. Every time it gets to around :56 hit logout. When it goes to :02 (next minute) then log in again. You will "miss" the one minute tick to lose a skill level. This way you can easily stew 96 and keep it.

Ahh, thats cool. So i could effectively stew 2.2k ovls with a single good boost. Thats pretty awesome, especially with the new lobby thing :) Thanks. Anything else worth noting for stewing?

Make sure you have a grown cat (if you on't have one allready. Kitten suck at killing rats for spices.

A good trick is to grow one while skilling (or so), and store it in your POH, so you always have one at the ready.
